Supernatural breakthrough talks about Divine intervention in the life of a man/woman. That is, God is doing the unusual in the life of a man.
1. FAITH: Hebrews 11:1 - Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 Corinthians 5:7 - (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
How does faith comes? Romans 10:17 - So then faith [cometh] by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Mark 5: 34 “And He said unto her, “Daughter, thy faith (trust and confidence in God) hath made thee whole. Go in peace, and be whole of thy plague (suffering).”
Hebrews 11:6 - But without faith [it is] impossible to please [him]: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and [that] he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
(Matthew 17:20). 20 And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.
We develop faith through are personal time with God. Learn more about Him through reading the Bible. Be encouraged by stories like Joshua asking for the sun to stand still. God is the same yesterday, today, He can do it again. We develop faith through taking risks. We need to step out of the boat and see if we sink.
2. HOLINESS: Without holiness no one will see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14). Follow peace with all [men], and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:
1 Thessalonians 4:7 - For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.
Holiness does not mean you never sin. Holiness is primarily being set apart. This will include making choices that are different than the world. It includes a healthy fear of God that will keep you from sin. If you want to experience supernatural breakthrough, start living a holy life.
4. THANKSFULNESS: It will move God’s Spirit towards Breakthrough
Give thanks in all circumstances (1 Thessalonians 5:18-19). 18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.19 Quench not the Spirit.
Thanksgiving is the oil that enables God’s Spirit to greater functionality through your life.
Psalms 30:11 - Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing: thou hast put off my sackcloth, and girded me with gladness;
Psalms 100:4 - Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, [and] into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, [and] bless his name.
Psalms 100:2 - Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
